Well it definatly could not use any work. Its great. One of the things I love the most is the rhythm at 00:40 and how you carry that rhythm from the drums over to the piano at 1:06. Nice. Soothing. Artificial instruments. Real instruments. Can you ask for anything else?

Well, the only thing I dislike about it is that you sorta over use the "trouble" clip. I think it'd be much more amazing if you used clips from different things, i.e. a sound clip of a president or movie actor saying "we are in trouble" or something. You could even go as far as to take the words "I", "is", and "trouble" from diferent sources and merge them. Though if you do that wrong it could be overkill. xD
What I loved about it:
Was nice, rhtmytic, catchy, I absolutely love the beginning when speak n spell is reading off the letters, it gives it a good effect. I guess I also like it cause it provides for a sound clip other than the same "trouble" repeated.
Honestly, I'm interested in what this would sound like if you did use various clips. Consider it ,possibly?

yeah, this was really just a bit of messing around with some samples I had already laying around, so gathering extra samples for it would have taken it to another level...

It's a good an catchy flash, I can't really envision a battle scene until a fourth of the way into the song. To only thing I'm taking a point off for is the abrupt ending. o.o

Hey Jack, yeah the reason its called "Battle Struggle Loop" is because it was meant to be used in a hectic side scroller battle game. Anywho the ending is only so abrupt cuzz it had to be a short loop. But thanks for the review! Makes meh feel good.

Who say's this baby is unfinished? I sure as hell don't. The way it is right now? Perfect. I can't name any flaws. It encompasses the mind with the vision of a battlefield or soldiers marching, casualties perhaps. The way I see it, the fact that you are actually posting it when it is what seems to you "unfinished" means you should be satisfied. ^_^
This is perfect for a trailer to an animation or something. But even WITHOUT a video, or even a title, I can imagine different scenes of a war. To be able to accomplish that is to be as skilled as a professional, methinks.

Definatly worth listening to. It's consistent and not just some random notes that don't compliment each other. (Well the synthesized keyboard was kinda choppy.) I like those drums in the background that appear exactly at 1:07. Wait were those synth drums or. . . what?

Nice, soothing
It was soothing. The soft, faded, unrecognizable voices were an amzing touch. I think the fact that they were just mumbling, or you couldn't understand what was being said, made it that much more soothing. Or are they just the synthesized voiceds from an electric keyboard (I read the description but I dunno what you mean by speech synthesizer, you mean the AAHHH and OOHHH things?) Kudos mate,

Fl studio has a speech synthesizer plugin. very basic similar to the ones you see on mac and pc apps where you type something in and the com interprets it with a real fake voice. so i did that and then did some editing to get that whispery fades and reverb inside the edison which is very powerful for editing sound clips with.
in case you were wondering what they are actually saying -
guy like mumble:

girl like tone:

I on my way now"
your right i didnt intend for them to be crystal cler cause i wanted the listener to just chill and think about things when they listen.

It's mesmerizing. xD I dunno what I can say about it that nobody else has already said. Its just all around amazing. I'm not too much of an instrument buff so naming all the instruments and notes and such and. . . DX I can't comment on that. xD

xD I love it. Geezus, my mum, sleeps extremely rarely, as a result can't function as efficently, is very forgetful, cranky. Her meds aren't working very well. Heh, this song just made me think I might download this and put it on a CD to *YAWN* Dammit man. for her to listen to.
